WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all credit cards and cash of course

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we do.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Most of what we sell is returnable within 30 days with a receipt, however, we do not accept returns on clearance, seasonal items, paint, stain, jewelry, special orders, fabric remnants, customized items and furniture.

HOW DO I GET AN UPHOLSTERY ESTIMATE?

Send a picture of you piece along with a description of what you would like to do to carolyn@theporchdesign.com and we will get back to you with an estimate for labor. Fabric prices vary so your estimate will not includes those costs, but we will give you approximate fabric requirements.  We work off a waiting list so we can also let you know our approximate lead time.

HOW DO I GET A FURNITURE RE-FINISHING ESTIMATE?

Send a picture of your furniture to brenda@theporchdesign.com along with a description of what you would like to have done. Brenda will get back to you with an estimate. We work off a waiting list so we can also let you know our approximate lead time.

DO I NEED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT?

We appreciate one half down at the time you bring in your furniture. The rest is due when you pick up your finished piece.

DO YOU SELL FABRIC?

We have a large selection of high quality upholstery fabrics that you can order through us. Fabric orders arrive in two business days. Special order fabrics are not returnable.
